  • What did I accomplish last month? If there were some specific goals you accomplished write the time it took you to achieve them, what helped you to achieve those stuff?
  • What was I procrastinating this whole month? and why (you can read “How to Finally Defeat Procrastination” if you don't know why)
  • What were some of the highlights in that month
  • Things you are proud of or milestones you have had in this past month
  • What do I need to improve for next month?
